The Behring Campus Eystrup (BCE) offers contract animal husbandry for various large and small animal species, sales of sheep and goats, as well as carrying out contract research projects and immunizations - all adapted to your specific requirements.
In addition to our services, we offer other companies the opportunity to establish themselves as renters at the BCE.
There is the option to outsource animal husbandry as well as research projects or to expand further capacities. Along with various animal husbandry areas, there are laboratory, storage and office spaces, which can also be rented.
The spacious area offers the possibility to realize technically demanding projects. On a total area of 3.6 hectares with 1.4 hectares of pasture land, 24 structural facilities for animal husbandry, production, laboratory, office and warehouse are located in a rural environment.

Antiserum: This is the serum that contains antibodies against a specific antigen. It is used to detect or neutralise the antigen in a sample. BCE provides antiserum from different animal species, such as goat anti-human ApoE and sheep anti-human IgG
Biological Matrix: This is the tissue or blood that contains cells, proteins, and other molecules. It is used to study the structure and function of biological systems. BCE provides biological matrix from different animal species, such as PBMCs from llama, cattle, and rabbit, and aqueous humour from rabbits and cattle.

Therefore, we have different facilities in modernized stables, flexible rooms, kennels and grazing areas. The following species can be kept in our farm: Sheep, goat, pig, rabbit, dog, cat, ferret, New World camelids (llamas, alpacas), mouse, rat, hamster, guinea pig.
The animals are under the supervision of our in-house veterinarians. The care of the animals is ensured by our own trained animal care staff.

We do research for animals, therefore animal welfare is a central matter at the Behring Campus Eystrup.
The BCE supports research projects with the goal of improving animal welfare. Regular events and courses on the subject of animal welfare are regularly planned.
All animals are supervised by veterinarians and kept
